We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our website listings, online sales operations, and digital presence. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing product uploads, updating website content, handling online orders, and improving sales performance through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and update product listings on the website with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory details

* Handle day-to-day operations of online sales and order processing

* Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfilment

* Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for better customer experience

* Manage product categories, collections, banners, offers, and website updates

* Ensure products are presented attractively to increase online conversions

* Track online sales, customer enquiries, and order status

* Handle customer queries received through online channels

* Assist in digital marketing activities, promotions, and campaigns

* Analyse sales data and provide insights to improve online revenue

Requirements:

* Experience in e-commerce website management and online sales

* Knowledge of platforms like Shopify or similar marketplaces (preferred)

* Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online customer behaviour

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

* Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting

Preferred Experience:

Experience in fashion, ethnic wear, apparel, or retail e-commerce will be an added advantage.
