 Job Summary


We are looking for a highly driven, result-oriented, and customer-focused *Business Development Executive* with proven experience in calling-based sales, telesales, or inside sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to pitch and close high-value IT and Digital Marketing service deals.


As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our complete portfolio of IT and Digital Marketing services to business owners across India through outbound calling, WhatsApp, follow-ups, and virtual meetings.

Key Responsibilities


* Generate and manage leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.

* Pitch our complete range of IT and Digital Marketing services to business owners and decision-makers.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

* Conduct requirement analysis and prepare qualified opportunities.

* Independently close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Maintain regular follow-ups until deal closure.

* Update CRM and sales records accurately.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

 Lead Generation & Training Support


To help you succeed, the company will provide:

You will receive proper training on:


* How to generate business leads from Justdial.

Eligibility Criteria


* Minimum *2–3 years* of experience in Calling Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, or IT Service Sales.

* Proven track record of closing deals with a minimum ticket size of *₹25,000*.

* Experience selling IT Services, Software, Websites, Digital Marketing, SaaS, ERP, CRM, or related services will be preferred.

* Basic to Intermediate English communication skills.

* Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

* Strong closing skills and target-oriented mindset.

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
