 Key Responsibilities-

Develop and curate innovative menus tailored to client preferences.

Ensure high standards of food quality and taste testing.

Collaborate with the team to create memorable dining experiences for events.

Conduct market research to identify food trends and incorporate them into offerings.

Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to align on menu expectations.

Maintain quality checks and oversee food presentation standards.

 Key Skills Required-

Ø Food Knowledge- In-depth understanding of taste profiling, ingredients, and cuisine trends.

Ø Menu Creation- Ability to craft unique and appealing menus for various events.

Ø Communication Skills- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.            

Ø MS Excel (Basic)- A sound knowledge of Excel for the presentation of food spread.

Ø People’s Management – Ability to manage the operations team & the delivery staff.

Ø Banquet Management – Experience in handing events (presentation skills)

Ø Creativity- Innovative thinking to design eye-catching presentations and concepts.

Ø Attention to Detail- Ensure precision in planning and executing menu items.

 Qualifications-

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage, catering, or culinary arts.Proven experience in menu planning and food quality management for creating gastronomic delights and delivering exceptional client satisfaction, we’d love to hear from you
