Graduate Engineer Trainee

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Trainee Engineers to join our team. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in engineering, operations, maintenance, and project activities.
• Learn and apply engineering principles, company procedures, and safety standards.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Participate in inspections, testing, documentation, and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project and operational objectives.
• Continuously develop technical and professional competencies through training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related disciplines).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic knowledge of engineering software and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year experience.
