Job Description

Position: HR & CRM Executive

Responsibilities:

  • CRM mein leads, enquiries aur customer data ko update aur manage karna.
  • Telecalling ke through prospects aur existing customers se follow-up karna.
  • Customer appointments aur meetings schedule karna.
  • WhatsApp, phone aur email communication handle karna.
  • Company ke social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) ko manage karna.
  • Regular posts, stories aur basic content upload karna.
  • Leads aur enquiries ko social media se track karke CRM mein maintain karna.
  • Employee attendance, recruitment coordination aur basic HR activities support karna.
  • Daily and weekly performance reports prepare karna.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • CRM software ka basic knowledge.
  • Social media handling ka experience.
  • Telecalling ya customer support experience preferred.
  • MS Excel/Google Sheets ka basic knowledge.
