- Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & RecruitmentDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes for sales, advisory, operations, research, and support functions.
- Employee Relations & EngagementFoster a positive and performance-driven work culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
- Plan employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs.
- Conduct employee feedback sessions and retention initiatives.
- HR Operations & ComplianceManage employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HRMIS databases.
- Prepare HR reports related to attendance, attrition, hiring, and performance.
- Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and organize learning programs.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Develop leadership and skill enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee development progress.
- Compensation & BenefitsSupport payroll processing and salary administration.
- Required SkillsStrong recruitment and talent acquisition expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
