Architect & Interior Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect cum Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and executing residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. We are seeking a proactive professional who can independently manage projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Excellent knowledge of space planning, interior detailing, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Develop detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, construction and Interior drawings, and 3D visualizations/renderings.
• Prepare layout plans, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevation drawings, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Prepare BOQs, material schedules, and project documentation as required.
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, Revit, or equivalent design software.
• Good understanding of residential and commercial building regulations and execution practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
