Job Description

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential plots, villa projects,commertial buildings and site execution
  • Experience in quantity estimation, billing, BOQ, and project coordination
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervise residential plot and villa development projects
  • Monitor site execution, quality, and timelines
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients
  • Prepare bills, BOQs, and project reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Preferred: Candidates living near Hitech City or willing to commute.
  • Immediate Joining Preferred
