Team Manager

The Team Manager is responsible for leading multiple teams to achieve organizational sales and performance targets. The role involves strategic planning, recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and ensuring consistent business growth through effective leadership and team management.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new team members to build a strong sales force.
• Monitor daily operations, sales performance, and productivity of teams.
• Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Identify business opportunities and develop plans to expand the customer base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with senior management for business planning and reporting.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports and performance analysis.
• Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead large teams.
• Strategic thinker with good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
