Job Description

Responsibilities:-


  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Maintain visitor log and assist with basic inquiries
  • Manage front desk cleanliness and appearance
  • Coordinate with staff for meetings or appointments


Skills:-

  • Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
  • Good verbal and written communication in English, Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and computer handling
  • Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Experience in receptionist
