Job Description
Job Title: VKYC Executive (mPokket Process)
We are hiring for the mPokket VKYC Process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification calls with customers.
- Interact professionally with customers during the verification process.
- Verify customer identity and documents through video calls.
- Ensure all KYC guidelines and compliance requirements are followed.
- Accurately update customer information and verification status in the system.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and resolve basic customer queries during the verification process.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on systems.
- Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
- Prior experience in customer service, KYC, or verification processes will be an added advantage.
