Job Description
HIRING | CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE | TELECALLER EXECUTIVE
Location: Mohali
Work Mode: Work From Office
Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 Per Month
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum 12th Pass
• Freshers and Experienced Candidates Can Apply
• Local Language Proficiency Mandatory
• Good Communication Skills
• Basic Computer Knowledge Required
• Age 18 to 35 Years
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions over phone calls
• Assist customers with customer queries
• Provide accurate information about services
• Maintain records of customer conversations
• Ensure a professional customer experience
