Job Description
We are looking for an independent, hands-on HR professional to manage our end-to-end HR operations. In this role, you will oversee everything from talent acquisition and payroll to statutory compliance, employee engagement, and daily office administration.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Payroll: Independently manage daily HR functions, payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding) to meet hiring targets efficiently.
Compliance & Records: Handle PF, ESIC, PT documentation, maintain MIS reports, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Employee Engagement: Drive performance appraisals, implement attrition-reduction strategies, and handle exit management (including full & final settlements).
Systems & Admin: Manage HRMS implementation, establish standard operating procedures (SOPs), and oversee daily workplace administration and vendor coordination.
