We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Female Receptionist & Client Experience Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and contribute to creating a welcoming and professional office environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist walk-in clients professionally and courteously.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with consultants.
  • Maintain client records, files, and basic documentation.
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointments and required documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless client service.
  • Handle front office and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and other administrative tasks as assigned.


Candidate Profile

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
  • No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to selected candidates.
  • As this is a client-facing front office role, candidates should have a pleasant personality, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of English and computer applications (MS Office, Email, and Internet) is preferred.
  • Smart and confident communicator.
  • Good telephone etiquette.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with clients.
  • Punctual, well-groomed, and capable of maintaining a professional office environment.
