Job Description
First Piece / Last Piece Approval Report, Online Inspection Report, Check on relevant Work Instruction Display& Drawing Display, Gauges availability of respective Part under production at respective places, Visit for shop floor displayed drawings & note down the specification change if any and passing change information to Incharge, Gauges Verification & Report ( NG Report to be informed same day of verification ), Display Document verification as per Master list & informing to Manager - Quality, Check Availability of Raw Material Identification Tag on each section of Raw material, Checking drawing files whether drawings are as per Drawing file index or misplaced, Fixture varification as per specification & recording, Filling Machine Maintenance activities as per respective machine format.
