Job Title: Digital Marketing, Web & Lead Generation Executive

Salary Type: Fixed + Incentives

Bonus / Incentive Description: Performance-linked commission (0.5% to 1% of total cash collected) on every new client brought in through your direct digital/website leads once the payment hits the bank account.

Skills Required: Website Management (Basic Shopify/WordPress/E-commerce backend), Google Ads, Social Media Management (Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube), Basic Video Editing (Canva/CapCut).

We are a fast-growing packaging manufacturing company looking for an all-round Digital Marketing & Web Executive to take complete ownership of our online presence. Your primary goal is to manage our digital platforms, build social media trust, and generate active bulk sales inquiries from serious corporate and retail buyers.

Note: We already have a dedicated person handling third-party directories like IndiaMART. Your role focuses entirely on our direct digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Management: Take full ownership of our e-commerce catalog website. You will be responsible for updating products, managing pricing variants, ensuring smooth ordering, and handling backend updates.
2. Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You will step onto the factory floor to capture short videos/photos of our automated machinery and premium stock to showcase our high-volume capacity.
3. Paid Performance Ads: Run and optimize Google Search Ads to ensure our website ranks at the top when bulk procurement managers look for packaging solutions.
4. Sales & Inquiry Tracking: Route and monitor inbound digital inquiries, ensuring every web lead captures complete company profiles, requirements, and authenticated phone numbers to pass to our sales closure pipeline.
