Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.

- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.

- Monitor daily sales, labor costs, food costs, and profitability.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.

- Maintain inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and statutory regulations.

- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and productivity.

- Drive sales through local store marketing and team initiatives.

- Maintain restaurant assets and ensure preventive maintenance of equipment.

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Good understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, and labor cost management.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and restaurant POS systems.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates with experience in leading QSR brands such as California Burrito, McDonald's, KFC, Burger King, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Subway, or similar brands will be preferred.
