Job Description

We are hiring an Installation Technician to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for installing products at customer locations, ensuring proper setup, and delivering excellent customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesInstall products/equipment at customer sites.
  • Complete installations within the assigned timeline.
  • Test and verify proper functioning after installation.
  • Guide customers on basic product usage.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues.
  • Maintain installation reports and follow company safety standards.
  • RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or ITI/Diploma.
  • Experience in installation or field service is preferred but freshers can also apply.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and hand tools.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned area.
