Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain our products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions from our subsidiaries.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide relevant product insights.
- Maintain professionalism and a high level of customer service in all interactions.
