Service Advisor

We are looking for a customer-oriented and experienced Two-Wheeler Service Advisor to join our authorized service center team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the technical team. Your main responsibility will be to greet customers, understand their vehicle issues, recommend appropriate maintenance or repair services, and ensure a seamless service delivery experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Consultation: Greet customers warmly, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately record complaints.
• Job Card Creation: Inspect vehicles thoroughly upon arrival and open detailed job cards with precise technical inputs for the mechanics.
• Service Estimation: Provide customers with accurate cost and time estimates for repairs, maintenance, and parts replacements.
• Warranty Handling: Identify parts or issues covered under warranty and process claims according to company guidelines.
• Coordination & Tracking: Coordinate with the workshop technicians to track the progress of vehicles and ensure timely completion.
• Quality Check & Delivery: Perform a final check on the vehicle post-service to ensure all complaints are resolved, explain the final invoice to the customer, and ensure a smooth vehicle delivery.
• Customer Retention: Follow up with customers post-service to gather feedback and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
