About UsFish on Fire is a fast-growing seafood QSR brand by Fressea Foods, serving fine-dining-quality seafood at street food prices. Our food truck brings crispy sea bites, fish fries, and more directly to customers across Bengaluru.

Role OverviewYou will be the face and driver of our Fish on Fire food truck. You'll drive the truck from our production centre (PDC Hebbal) to daily business locations, set up, run sales for the day, and bring it back. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role — you run the truck like it's your own business.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriving & Logistics

• Drive the food truck safely from PDC Hebbal to the designated business location and back, daily
• Ensure the truck is fueled, clean, and road-ready; report any maintenance issues immediately
• Follow parking, traffic, and municipal rules at business locations

Sales & Customer Handling

• Greet customers, explain the menu, take orders, and upsell combos/add-ons
• Handle billing and payments (cash, UPI, card) accurately with end-of-day settlement
• Build a friendly rapport with regular customers and handle complaints politely on the spot

Daily Operations

• Collect stock from PDC before departure; verify quantities against the stock-out sheet
• Manage food service at the truck — order flow, packing, and serving with the support crew
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times (gloves, cleanliness, temperature)
• Count and report closing stock; return unsold stock to PDC
• Submit a simple daily report: sales, stock used, cash/UPI collection, issues if any
• RequirementsValid driving licence (LMV) with clean driving record; experience driving vans/light commercial vehicles preferred
• Languages: Kannada, English, and Hindi — must be comfortable talking to customers in all three
• 1–3 years of experience in food service, retail sales, or delivery/driving roles (freshers with the right attitude may apply)
• Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and stock counting
• Comfortable with smartphone-based POS/UPI payment apps
• Physically fit — the role involves standing, lifting stock, and long working hours
• Honest, punctual, and able to work independently without supervision
• Good to HavePrior food truck, QSR, or street food stall experience
• Knowledge of Bengaluru roads and localities
• FSSAI food handler awareness / hygiene training
