Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone to discuss overdue payments and establish viable payment solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions with clients.

• Collaborate with the operations team to strategize and improve debt recovery processes.

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

• Identify potential risks and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during all interactions.

• Meet and exceed monthly collection targets while upholding the company’s standards. Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience in collections or a related customer service role.

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.

• Prior experience in the financial services industry.
