  • Must have knowledge on Amadeus or Galileo GDS System
  • Candidates with Experience in Selling of B2B Tour packages can apply
  • IATA Certification will be an added advantage
  • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls and assisting guests with their queries within defined TAT
  • Must be ready to work in Rotational Shifts
  • Responsible for highest level Telephone and Email Etiquettes
