Job Description
Job Description – Field Relationship Manager (FRM)
The FRM will be provided with verified painting leads and will be responsible for connecting with customers to confirm the visit schedule, including the date, time, and location.
During the consultation, the FRM will understand the customer's painting requirements, confirm the type of paint preferred, and generate a quotation accordingly. The consultation includes providing guidance on suitable painting solutions and sharing the estimated cost with the customer.
Post-consultation, the FRM is responsible for following up with customers and ensuring the successful conversion of leads into painting service bookings with NoBroker.
Languages Required:
Hindi (Mandatory)
English (Basic communication skills with the ability to read and write)
Compensation:
Upto ₹28,000 Take-Home Salary per month (based on last drawn salary)
+ Uncapped Travel Allowance based on leads assigned.
+ Incentives based on their performance
Two wheeler + DL mandatory
