Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide customer support in Telugu and Malayalam.
  • Troubleshoot GPS devices and software issues.
  • Assist customers with installations, updates, and technical guidance.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Requirements:Fluency in Telugu and Malayalam (Mandatory).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of GPS devices is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
