Job Description

We are looking for a Procurement Engineer with experience in Commercial Interior and Construction Projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor management, cost negotiations, and ensuring timely procurement of project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and procure materials required for commercial interior projects.

Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare purchase orders and track material deliveries.

Coordinate with project, site, and design teams regarding material requirements.

Ensure procurement activities are completed within budget and project timelines.

Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and purchase documentation.

Monitor material quality and supplier performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase for Commercial Interior Projects.

Good knowledge of interior fit-out materials and construction products.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.
