Operations Manager

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage day-to-day business operations across online marketplaces and ensure smooth coordination between inventory, warehouse, service operations, customer experience, and overall operational execution.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency to ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and service delivery.
• Oversee warehouse and inventory management operations, taking complete ownership and accountability of stock accuracy, stock movement, reconciliation, controls, and maintaining inventory integrity across all channels and locations.
• Ensure proper stock planning, audits, shrinkage control, and timely resolution of inventory discrepancies while maintaining end-to-end accountability for inventory health and availability.
• Handle inventory planning, stock monitoring, replenishment, and coordination to maintain healthy inventory levels.
• Manage customer escalations and marketplace escalations (especially Amazon-related cases) and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee and manage service center operations, including service performance monitoring, process adherence, issue resolution, and coordination with service partners.
• Manage refurbishment planning and execution for non-sellable / returned devices, including assessment, repair coordination, inventory tracking, and ensuring refurbished units meet quality and business standards for reuse or resale.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order management, logistics, inventory, service operations, and issue resolution.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare business performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and maintain service quality standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Train partner and own employees around product and Software etc 
• Requirements:3–6 years of relevant experience in E-commerce Operations / Service Operations.
• Hands-on experience managing platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
• Strong experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management and stock planning.
• Experience in Service Center Management / After-Sales Operations.
• Proven experience in handling Customer Escalations and Amazon Escalation Management.
• Experience in refurbishment operations and management of non-sellable inventory will be an advantage.
• Must have advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, dashboards, reporting, data analysis, importrange etc.).
• Basic knowledge of Ai (Claude, Chatgpt etc )
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in the Mobile / Smartphone industry/similar hardware will be preferred.
• Experience working with marketplace dashboards and seller panels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
