Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Tele sales Executive to drive sales of our educational products and services. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for lead conversion through effective communication, needs assessment, and solution pitching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through marketing campaigns or web inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Provide accurate information regarding course content, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Handle objections confidently and convert hesitant prospects into enrollments.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to provide feedback and improve offerings.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and post-sale support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Sales, Marketing, or Education-related fields).
- 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service (EdTech experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of the Indian or global EdTech market.
- Multilingual skills (especially Hindi, English, or regional languages).
- Previous experience selling educational programs, test prep courses, or e-learning subscriptions.
