Job Summary

The Courier Coordinator – B2C will be responsible for managing courier operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of customer orders, coordinating with courier partners, resolving shipment-related issues, and maintaining smooth logistics operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end B2C courier and shipment operations.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely order pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle shipment escalations, delays, RTOs, and courier-related issues.
• Track orders through courier portals and update internal teams on shipment status.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer support, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.
• Ensure accurate order processing and dispatch documentation.
• Follow up with courier partners to resolve delivery concerns and customer complaints.
• Maintain shipment records and prepare daily/weekly logistics reports.
• Monitor courier performance and suggest process improvements.

Required Skill Set

• Experience in B2C courier operations and shipment coordination.
• Good knowledge of courier portals and shipment tracking systems.
• Ability to handle shipment escalations and courier-related issues efficiently.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and courier partners.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Knowledge of order dispatch, delivery monitoring, and logistics processes.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in courier operations, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management.
• Experience with B2C courier operations will be preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates from e-commerce, logistics, courier, retail, or supply chain industries.
• Experience handling multiple courier partners and shipment volumes.
