Job Summary: V5 Global is hiring an experienced and target-oriented Recruitment Manager / Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage recruitment operations and client coordination for telecom and staffing projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, account handling, and achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for telecom and staffing requirements

• Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, campus drives, and references

• Coordinate with clients and internal hiring teams for manpower requirements

• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

• Manage bulk hiring and blue-collar workforce requirements

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Ensure timely closures and target achievement

• Coordinate with recruitment vendors, colleges, and hiring partners

• Handle onboarding and joining formalities when required

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition

• Knowledge of bulk hiring and field recruitment

• Team handling and coordination abilities

• Good understanding of MS Excel and reporting

• Ability to work under hiring targets and deadlines

• Client handling and account management skills preferred

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment/staffing

• Experience in telecom hiring, blue-collar hiring, or vendor management preferred and bulk hiring

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline

• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory

Salary:

₹7 LPA – ₹10LPA + Incentives (Depending on experience and performance)

Preferred Candidates:

• Candidates from staffing, telecom, recruitment consultancy, or BPO hiring background

• Immediate joiners preferred
