Job Description (JD) – Warehouse Associate (Picker / Packer / Scanner)

Company: Flipkart

Location: As per warehouse requirement Delhi and NCR/ Gurgaon (Bilaspur/Binola/Tauru)

Department: Supply Chain / E-Kart Logistics

Position Type: Full-time (Rotational Shifts)


1. Job Responsibilities

A. Picker

  • Customer order list ke according shelf se products pick karna.
  • Handheld scanner se items scan karna.
  • Correct item, quantity aur quality check ensure karna.
  • Daily picking targets achieve karna.

B. Packer

  • Picked items ko safely pack karna.
  • Packaging material ka correct use (box, polybag, bubble wrap).
  • Shipping label attach karna.
  • Dispatch se pehle final QC karna.

C. Scanner

  • Inbound/outbound process me item scanning.
  • Inventory record update in WMS.
  • Barcode mismatch identify karna.
  • Items ko correct bin/location me rakhna.


2. Eligibility

  • Education: Minimum 10th Pass
  • Age: 18–35 years
  • Experience: Fresher / Experienced both allowed
  • Documents: Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account, Police Verification (if required)


3. Required Skills

  • Basic reading/scanning knowledge
  • Speed & accuracy in picking/packing
  • Physical fitness (walking/standing for long hours)
  • Basic warehouse safety understanding
