Job Description

Client Consultation: Assess client needs and financial situations to recommend the most suitable coverage plans.

Policy Sales & Lead Generation: Attract new clients, generate leads, and explain complex insurance terms (like deductibles and premiums).

Claim Processing: Assist clients in submitting and processing claims, verifying facts, and evaluating compensation requests.

Customer Service: Manage inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide continuous support for policy renewals or changes.

Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate client records and ensure all transactions comply with industry regulations.
