Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities for electric three-wheelers in assigned regions.

* Build and maintain relationships with fleet operators, dealers, distributors, financiers, and institutional customers.

* Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Appoint, develop, and support dealers and channel partners.

* Monitor dealer performance and ensure target achievement.

* Organize dealer training programs on products, sales processes, and customer engagement.

* Ensure dealer compliance with company policies and brand standards.
