Inside Sales Representative

Location - Ekkatuthangal

Salary - Based on the experience & skills

Monthly target - if completed incentive will be provided

Inside Sales Executive - Key Responsibilities - Female candidate

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound inquiries.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT system integration solutions (hardware, software, networking, security, cloud, etc.).
• Schedule meetings for field sales or technical consultants.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
• Maintain CRM/Excel records with accurate customer information and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and internal technical teams for pricing and solution alignment.
• Track competitor activities and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication both verbally & Orally and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM tools or ready to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
