Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent
Responsibilities
Supporting the development and implementation of HR systems
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Develop training and development programs
Maintain employee records
should be able to handle blue collar employees
should have strategy and capability to retain employees
Should be able to maintain housekeeping team.
Must maintain discipline and professionalism among worker and staff.
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as HR officer,
Proficient in MS Office;
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
