Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents.
Prepare and share offer letters, onboarding forms, and joining documents.
Assist new employees with the joining formalities and induction process.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately.
Coordinate with candidates regarding joining dates and required documentation.
Follow up with candidates to ensure timely onboarding.
Support HR operations and recruitment-related activities as required.
Handle employee queries related to onboarding and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies during the onboarding process.
Key Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes.
MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
