Job Description:

URGENT Hiring for Academic Counsellor for one of the leading Institutes at Kalighat, Kolkata

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain our courses and services.

Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent support.

Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

Female candidates only.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve sales goals.
