Job Description:
- Assisting in loading metal coils onto the CTL machine.
- Helping feed metal coils into the machine.
- Supporting the operator during machine setup and changeovers.
- Stacking, sorting, and packing finished metal sheets.
- Checking sheets for visible defects, damage, or incorrect sizes.
- Measuring sheet dimensions using basic measuring tools as instructed.
- Removing scrap material and keeping the production area clean.
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials using approved equipment.
- Following safety instructions and wearing the required PPE.
- Informing the operator or supervisor of any machine issues or material defects.
- Helping with routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the machine.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and ensuring a safe work environment.
