Job Description

ROLE: You will be involved in finding business opportunities and selling raw materials in the Rigid PVC Manufacturing Industries. You will have to target suitable prospective clients and visit them to achieve this target. You will be assigned an individual sales target which you will be expected to achieve every month. Along with that the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily and longterm operations of a company's sales across a geographic region. As a Regional Sales Manager you will often be responsible for setting and adjusting sales goals based on deep knowledge of individual area’s/products/ selling patterns. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the training of Area Sales Managers in the region he is responsible for. SKILLS & QULAIFICATIONS:  B.COM/B.Tech/B.SC/ BBA/ MBA

● Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base and managing staff along with meeting individual sales targets.  ● Accomplishes regional sales human resource objectives by helping in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned areas. ● Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, and employee enforcing policies and procedures. ● Visit clients along with the area sales managers to boost their sales in their areas. ● RM will have to submit all the visiting cards of clients/influencer to the management and update complete contact details of clients/influencer they come across regularly in an excel sheet and share it with the management. ● Plans and reviews performance strategies for the team. ● Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews. ● Prepares and completes action plans to assist management to plan production, to meet the client’s material requirement on time. ● Resolves problems, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary. ● Ensure that receivables are under control and creates action plans to collect it within the specified credit period. ● Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and promotional activities for areas in support of sales objectives. ● Plans and attends Exhibitions/ Trade fairs to promote brand recollection among the customers. ● Maintains and expands customer base by counselling area sales representatives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, and identifying new customer opportunities. ● Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors. WHO CAN APPLY:

 Five + years of sales experience

 Three + years in a managerial role

 Strong communications skills

 Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Powerpoint and Excel
