Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Field Officer for our security services division. The candidate will manage security guards, conduct site visits, maintain client relationships, resolve operational issues, arrange manpower replacements, and ensure quality service across multiple locations.
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in the security field
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence
Good communication skills in Tamil and English
Ability to handle multiple sites
Immediate joiners preferred
* Visit security sites daily.
* Manage security guards and attendance.
* Handle client complaints.
* Arrange guard replacements.
* Submit daily reports.
* Coordinate manpower requirements.
