Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage underwriting-related administration and data management activities.
  • Handle renewal allotment, renewal tracking, and renewal feedback processes.
  • Review and monitor CRO feedback and performance reports.
  • Conduct client cross-calling and follow-up with prospects and lapsed clients.
  • Manage PP entry and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Perform 1-on-1 reviews and calling panel checks.
  • Coordinate with and guide field sales teams to improve productivity and client engagement.
  • Prepare MIS reports and analyze operational data using Advanced Excel.


Job Requirements

  • Experience in Underwriting, Insurance Operations, or related functions.
  • Prior experience in managing field sales teams is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of renewal management and client servicing processes.
  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and data analysis.
  • Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
  • Age up to 45 years.
