💼 Job Role: Retail Sales Promoter (Mobile Buyback Executive)
💰 Salary: ₹18,000 Fixed In-Hand + Attractive Incentives
🎁 Benefits: PF + ESIC + Performance Incentives
🎓 Education: 12th Pass Preferred
🛠️ Experience: Minimum 6 Months in Sales / Collection Required

• Girls: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Boys: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
🎯 Job Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers visiting Croma and Vijay Sales stores
• Explain mobile buyback offers and purchase old/refurbished mobile phones
• Evaluate devices as per company guidelines
• Generate leads and close buyback transactions
• Maintain customer records and daily reports
• Achieve store sales and buyback targets
