Job Description – Sales Manager (Loan Sales)Position: Sales Manager

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services

Location: Delhi

  • Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through field sales and customer acquisition.
  • Promote and sell financial products such as Home Loans, Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
  • Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
  • EligibilityMinimum 1 year of experience in field sales of Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Loan Against Property.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
  • Graduation preferred.
