Job Description

Position: Team Leader


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Manage and lead the driver operations team.
  • Coordinate with drivers and clients for smooth daily operations.
  • Monitor attendance, shifts, and performance of drivers.
  • Resolve driver and customer issues promptly.
  • Prepare daily reports and update management.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain good communication with clients and team members.

Requirements:


  • 2–5 years of Team Leader or Operations experience.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
