Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Check incoming fabric as per the Purchase Order (PO).
- Maintain records of fabric received, issued, and available stock.
- Ensure proper in-house entry of all incoming and outgoing fabric.
- Monitor fabric stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper storage and arrangement of fabrics in the store.
- Keep track of fabric consumption and balance stock.
- Submit fabric bills and related documents on time.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Production departments regarding fabric requirements.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of fabrics and fabric handling.
- Knowledge of shade control is mandatory.
- Ability to manage fabric inventory efficiently.
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel and inventory entries) is mandatory.
- Experience in the garment industry's fabric store will be preferred.
