Job Description
Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive
Location: Memnagar, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Are you confident on calls and enjoy interacting with people? We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller who can connect with potential clients, generate leads, and support our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Explain company services and offerings professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team
- Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
- Positive attitude and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
