Job Description

The Telesales Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of telesales executives focused on acquiring customers for Personal Loan products. The role involves driving sales performance, coaching team members, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance, and achieving business targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.


3–6 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a telesales team.

Experience in Personal Loans, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services is preferred.


Monthly Personal Loan sales target achievement
