Job Description
Position SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate and qualify leads, communicate with potential customers, schedule appointments, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and generated leads.
- Handle incoming inquiries from various lead sources including Justdial, social media, website, and referrals.
- Explain solar products and services to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, electricity consumption, and project feasibility.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams for smooth customer handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Collect customer documents and preliminary information required for proposal preparation.
- Build positive customer relationships and enhance brand reputation.
- Required QualificationsMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Skills RequiredExcellent verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle objections effectively.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
