HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Recruiter with experience in Engineering, Design, and Manufacturing recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring professionals in domains such as CAD, CAE, CAM, Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Heavy Engineering, Aerospace, and Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for engineering positions.
• Achieve recruitment targets while ensuring quality hiring.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Required Skills1–5 years of recruitment experience in the Design & Manufacturing industry.
• Experience hiring for CAD/CAE/CAM, Mechanical Design, Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment, or similar engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, APNA, and other job portals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
• Preferred Experience in Engineering Recruitment or Technical Staffing.
• Understanding of engineering software such as CATIA, Creo, NX, SolidWorks, Teamcenter, ANSYS, HyperMesh, etc., will be an added advantage.
