Real Estate Pre-Sales Executive
About the Role
Join BlissBarter Consultancy and help clients find their ideal property. Your role is to connect with leads, understand their requirements, qualify prospects, and schedule site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
* Call fresh and existing leads.
* Understand customer requirements and budget.
* Explain project highlights and benefits.
* Qualify interested customers.
* Schedule and confirm site visits.
* Follow up regularly with prospects.
* Update CRM with call outcomes and lead status.
* Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handovers.
* Achieve daily calling and booking targets.
Requirements
* Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
* Confident on phone calls.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Freshers are welcome (real estate experience is an advantage).
